Welcome to KFUM Uppsala Survival!

We practice the Dutch obstacle course sport Survival on our track in Berthåga in Uppsala. The association has existed since 2014. We offer training groups for adults, adolescence and children, led by our educated instructors. 

We develop the obstacle course ourselves with the support of professional obstacle course builders from the Netherlands. Many different combinations are possible to try, mostly containing ropes, logs and nets. 

We offer private booking of the obstacle course for groups – birthdays, hen parties, bachelor parties or perhaps your work group? The booking includes a two-hour training session with a review of basic techniques and the opportunity to test many of the obstacles!

Prices private booking:
1-7 people: SEK 2,000 (1 instructor)
8-14 people: SEK 4,000 (2 instructors)

It is not permitted to stay on the obstacle course while intoxicated. We can offer a discount for childrens and youth associations and associations connected to the YMCA.

We have try-out sessions each month from May to September. We will post the event on this website and on Facebook.

If you are interested in training with us, you need to sign up for a beginner group where you will learn basic  techniques. The beginner groups start a couple of times a year and you train together with other beginners with the help of dedicated trainers. The beginner training lasts 2x3 weeks, after which you are welcome to train when and how much you want.

Membership

The membership fee is SEK 120/year.

Training fee- Adults

The training fee for adults is SEK 1,700/year (student price SEK 1,300/year). The training fee is paid no later than 31/3 and applies from 1 April to 31 March of the following year. After paying the training fee, you can train freely when and how much you want at our facility.

Training fee - Children and adolescence

The training fee for the children and adolescence groups is SEK 650/semester. The term division is outdoor term (April 16 - October 15) and indoor term (October 16 - April 15).

Price list for those who start training during the year

If you start training during the year can either pay for 3 months to begin with or pay for the whole year immediately. The price for three months is SEK 600 (student price SEK 500). If you want to continue after that, you just supplement with the training fee for the rest of the year. The annual fee varies depending on which quarter you start training with the association. The prices are different to give a fairer training fee during the first year that you train:

Example: if you start training in August 2023 and want to start with a 3-month period, you pay a membership fee of SEK 120 and a training fee of SEK 600. If you then want to continue training with us after your three months, you pay an additional SEK 850 (because you pay in the October-December quarter) and can train until March 31, 2024
